Question-answer evaluation prototype

GuideFlow

Ask in your own words. Check the next step and its source.

GuideFlow turns an operational question into practical next actions and example wording, with the relevant manual excerpts available in the same conversation.

The everyday challenge

Why this workflow matters

Staff questions rarely use the same wording as a manual heading. The useful answer is not just a document match: it is what to do next, what to say and which conditions still need checking.

Real screen captures · looped walkthrough
Full size
Actual screen captures of question entry, the returned response and expanded manual excerpts. The waiting interval is omitted; the loop is not a response-speed benchmark. The interface is in Korean. A screen-capture sequence, not a continuous recording.

What it helps you do

Ask naturally

Describe the work situation in your own words instead of searching for a document title.

Read actionable guidance

In the demonstrated example, the response provides four steps and patient-facing example wording.

Inspect the supporting material

Expand the manual excerpts and read the source-check limitations before applying the guidance.

A clear review workflow

  1. Describe the situation

Example: how can staff help a new patient who has difficulty filling in the intake questionnaire?

  2. Read the next actions

Review the suggested assistance, missing-information handling and escalation path.

  3. Check the source and gaps

Open the excerpts and confirm clinic-specific conditions rather than inventing missing rules.

Current development status

Shown in the evaluation material

  • The supplied intake-questionnaire question was submitted to the working evaluation app.
  • An AI-labelled response arrived with four action steps and example wording.
  • The supporting intake-manual excerpts were expanded. The interface also shows that additional source checking is needed.

Further evaluation

  • Continue evaluating answer grounding, source freshness and user access to linked manuals.
  • Broaden scenario and follow-up testing; one demonstrated response is not proof that every question is resolved correctly.

Human review and clear boundaries

Missing insurance criteria or payment conditions require verification. This walkthrough is not a guarantee of insurance coverage or payment.

Operational guidance is subject to the clinic’s own approved rules and responsible staff. Missing rules, unclear responsibilities and partially checked sources should lead to verification, not invented instructions.
