Working evaluation prototype

NoteFlow

Review the conversation. Keep control of the note.

Bring saved conversations, transcripts and SOAP notes into one review workflow. NoteFlow helps clinicians revisit the source material and work with structured documentation.

The everyday challenge

Why this workflow matters

Details are easy to lose when a conversation becomes a clinical note. A usable workflow needs both the original material and a clear place to review what goes into the record.

Actual prototype walkthrough

See the workflow in an actual prototype.

Actual screen captures of an existing synthetic example. The loop shows SOAP and transcript scrolling, not a new end-to-end generation run. The interface is in Korean. A screen-capture sequence, not a continuous recording.

What it helps you do

Return to the conversation

Review saved, timestamped turns with clinician and patient speaker labels.

Read a structured note

Inspect the subjective, objective, assessment and plan sections alongside the original material.

Keep a review trail

Saved note versions and review or confirmation states remain visible in the evaluation interface.

A clear review workflow

  1. Open the saved material

Start from an existing transcript and its speaker-labelled conversation turns.

  2. Review the SOAP note

Check the structured note against what was actually said or recorded.

  3. Leave the final decision with the clinician

Review and edit documentation before it is used. New clinical judgments are not the purpose of this workflow.

Current development status

Shown in the evaluation material

  • A synthetic test case with a saved transcript and SOAP note was opened in the working web app.
  • The walkthrough scrolls through SOAP sections and a 61-turn saved conversation.
  • Version history and the existing confirmed-note state are visible; this walkthrough does not create or overwrite a note.

Further evaluation

  • Continue evaluating transcription, speaker handling and source-to-note connections.
  • Improve generation and review reliability; direct EMR integrations and commercial availability are not finalized.

These are development and evaluation tools, not a generally available self-service platform. Pricing and commercial launch dates are not finalized.

Human review and clear boundaries

Clinical use of recordings or patient records requires a separate review of consent, authorization, storage, deletion, access and external AI transmission. The public scope does not include automatic sharing of patient information with the staff assistant. We do not claim medical or privacy certifications or clinical validation.

The example is a fictional patient. The intended scope is to organize what a clinician already said or recorded, with assessment and plan content left for clinician review. This is documentation support, not autonomous diagnosis, treatment recommendations or prescribing.
