Internal framework and Notion library

ManualFlow

Turn scattered procedures into usable team knowledge.

Organize detailed rules, staff-facing instructions and clinic-specific settings in a connected manual library. ManualFlow makes operational knowledge easier to find, review and hand over.

The everyday challenge

Why this workflow matters

A procedure is not useful if it lives in scattered files or depends on one person remembering it. Staff need clear steps, exceptions and a route back to the detailed criteria.

What it helps you do

Make instructions practical

Structure procedures into steps, completion checks and conditions that require escalation.

Connect the layers

Link staff-friendly instructions to detailed criteria and clinic-specific policy or setting pages.

Keep review context

Use source, document number, review-state and responsibility fields in the Notion database.

A clear review workflow

  1. Organize source procedures

Prepare detailed operational material and keep its source reference.

  2. Create staff-facing guidance

Separate practical instructions from detailed criteria and institution-specific values.

  3. Review for the actual clinic

Confirm responsibilities and missing settings before procedures are adopted.

Current development status

Shown in the evaluation material

  • A working Notion manual database and a real inventory-management SOP were inspected.
  • The example contains five work steps, stop-and-report conditions and completion checks.
  • The staff page links to detailed criteria and clinic settings; metadata includes source and review-state fields.

Further evaluation

  • Complete missing clinic-specific settings and review metadata where needed.
  • Evaluate the production and review workflow for additional clinics; the walkthrough demonstrates the existing library, not an automated import run.

These are development and evaluation tools, not a generally available self-service platform. Pricing and commercial launch dates are not finalized.

Human review and clear boundaries

The framework originated in Korean medicine clinic workflows. It is not a common operating standard validated across all outpatient specialties.

Manuals require the relevant clinic to confirm its own procedures, roles and policies. A draft or AI-organized document is not the same as a locally approved operating rule.
