The work after the conversation

The conversation ends.
The paperwork doesn't.

Clinic teams still need to organize notes, revisit source material, find the right procedure, and pass knowledge to colleagues. PracticeLift is developing tools for these everyday documentation and operational tasks.

DocumentationTurning existing conversations and records into drafts that clinicians can review.
Finding informationReturning to source material to check the details that matter.
Team knowledgeMaking procedures easier to find, understand, and use for training and handovers.
Our initial product scope

Three tools. Clear responsibilities.

Our initial scope separates clinician documentation from staff operations. The products are at different stages of development, not a fully launched, integrated platform.

For clinicians / In development

Conversation-to-note
assistance

Organize authorized recordings, transcripts, and existing records into note drafts that clinicians review and edit.

  • Check the original conversation or record
  • Organize drafts in formats such as SOAP
  • Review, edit, and transfer text to the chart
The public scope is documentation support, not diagnosis or treatment recommendations. We do not promise to reconstruct unrecorded conversations or fill in new clinical judgments.
For clinic teams / Internal framework built

Structured operational
manuals

Turn scattered procedures and workplace rules into connected manuals that support everyday work, onboarding, and handovers.

  • Connect detailed rules with staff-friendly guidance
  • Distinguish each clinic's roles and settings
  • Track sources, versions, and review status
An internal production and review framework is in place. Adoption by other clinics requires verification of their own procedures and policies.
For staff / Evaluation workflow in development

Manual-grounded
staff assistant

Help staff understand what to do next using verified operational manuals, with supporting sources available for review.

  • Explain the first action and next steps
  • Link guidance to relevant source material
  • Connect follow-up questions and flag gaps
We are improving grounded answers and follow-up handling. Missing rules, responsibilities, or insurance criteria should prompt verification, not invented instructions.
Designed around real work

Keep people in the loop.

Assessment and plan sections organize what the clinician actually said or recorded. Direct EMR integrations have not been finalized.

Patient information from the documentation tool is not automatically shared with the staff assistant. Data flows and access are reviewed separately.

These are intended workflows, not evidence of completed features or automatic integrations.

Development & evaluation

Building useful workflows,
one step at a time.

PracticeLift is an early-stage project developed by an individual developer, with the goal of offering these tools to other outpatient clinics. Product availability, pricing, and commercial launch dates have not been finalized.

Conversation-to-note assistanceIn early development and evaluation. We are improving draft review and editing workflows and assessing the scope for commercial availability.
Structured operational manualsAn internal production and review framework has been built. It originated in Korean medicine clinic workflows and is not a standard validated across all outpatient specialties.
Manual-grounded staff assistantAn evaluation interface and core question-answer workflows are in development. Work continues on practical guidance, source checking, and follow-up questions.
Human review & clear boundaries

Documentation support,
not clinical decision-making.

The scope presented here focuses on organizing existing materials and clinician-reviewed drafts, not generating new diagnoses, treatment recommendations, or prescriptions. Separate clinical advisory features and plans are outside this documentation scope.

  • Early evaluation uses fictional or synthetic materials. Real-patient operation and clinical validation are separate steps.
  • Before using real recordings or patient records, consent, authorization, storage, deletion, access, and external AI transmission conditions must be reviewed.
  • We do not claim medical or privacy certifications or validated clinical outcomes.
Frequently asked questions

A few things to know.

Who is PracticeLift for?

We are developing tools for local outpatient clinics. Although the internal manual framework started with Korean medicine clinic workflows, PracticeLift's broader direction is to support clinic documentation and operations. The verified scope will be defined for each product.

Does the AI diagnose or recommend treatment?

Not within the documentation scope described on this page. It is intended to organize existing conversations and records into drafts for clinician review. Separate clinical advisory features are outside that scope.

Can I sign up or deploy it now?

The products are in early development and evaluation. Commercial availability, pricing, pilot participation, and deployment options have not been finalized.

Which EMR systems are supported?

No direct EMR integration has been finalized for public availability. Current development focuses on reviewing, editing, and transferring draft text into a chart.

What does the staff assistant use to answer?

Verified operational manuals and workplace materials. We are developing answers that explain practical actions, link to relevant sources, and flag missing or conflicting information.

Can I send patient records for a demonstration?

Please do not send identifiable patient information, clinical records, or audio recordings through general inquiry email. Any future use of real data requires separate verification of the applicable terms and processing arrangements.

About PracticeLift

AI adoption grounded in clinic work.

PracticeLift is an individual development project focused on documentation and operational support for outpatient clinics. Rather than promising that AI can replace clinicians or staff, we are building specific tools around existing materials, human review, and each clinic's actual procedures.
